Club facilities almost ready for the start of the new season.
Rober Sagar, Andrew, Robin Delves, Peter Dowdall, John Snowden, Peter Dewhurst, Roy Berry, Christine Berry, Robert Hall, Hugh Armitage,
Ron Welch, Geoff Whitaker, Maureen Whitaker and Roger Schofield have volunteered their time unselfishly during most days in March to get the facilities at the club ready for the start of the new season.

They have:-

a) Drag matted the lawns several times.
b) Scarified and mowed the lawns.
c) Top dressed the lawns with sand.
d) Removed pebbles from the lawns resulting from poor quality sand supplied.
e) Fertilized the lawns.
f) Renovated hoops.
g) Tidied storage shed.
h) Marked out lawns 1, 2. 3 and 5 .
i) Spring cleaned the Club house.
The newly marked lawns and surrounding areas looked magnificient today.

Members throughout the past years have undertaken many tasks to bring the club to its present standard. Several more work days have been scheduled before the new season starts. If you can come along and help please let Robin know. Continued efforts of volunteers can only improve the facilities further.
