Pendle keeps an unbeaten run of 6 wins going in the NWFCC Handicap league. Report & Results by David Pollitt. Pendle & Craven: Andrew Webb (4), Abdul Ahmad (6), David Pollitt (Capt.) (7) and Catherine Parnell (12). Bowdon St. Mary's: Mike Steer (4.5), Janice Moir (11), Ros Pimlott (12) and Cecil Davies (18) On a warm and sunny day Pendle set the tone in the morning with a convincing win by Abdul +24 and a close result in the doubles +4. The other singles match going to Bowdon +3. In the afternoon honours were even with 2 games each...leaving Catherine to win +4 and the match to Pendle to keep an unbeaten run going of 6 wins.
