Our NWFCC Handicap team humbles Crake Valley at home. Report & Results by David Pollitt. PENDLE CRAKE VALLEY A Webb (4) P Wardle (1) A Ahmad (7) M Miller(2) D Pollitt (7) David Porritt (18) Catherine Parnell (12) David MacInnes(24) After heavy rain on Friday this game was in doubt. A lawn inspection at 7am on Saturday and several phone calls gave the go ahead. Andrew and Catherine took on Peter Wardle and David MacInnes in the doubles, to win +6T. The singles in the morning both went to Pendle. In the afternoon Abdul won his game in 40 minutes +26, against Mark Miller who had already lost in the morning to David Pollitt by +26. So he played all day without running a hoop. The remaining singles all went to Pendle to win 7 - 0. This Season’s Performance: Played 5 won 5. | |||||||
